When Leo contacted me for a harmonization of his family hotel, he was very worried about the detrimental impact that the feud with his ex-wife was having on the hotel staff. The unsettled tension between the two had seeped into the psyche of the staff and was resulting in tension in the kitchen and housekeeping teams especially. Running a hotel and providing a high-quality guest experience requires many different things, but first and foremost it requires a dedicated, motivated, and cohesive team. When tensions arise, it is not long before the guest experience begins to suffer.
The hotel being a relatively big structure that would require multiple harmonisation sessions, it was important that our work would not impact the operations of the hotel. For this reason, the full harmonisation was executed based on the architectural plans provided by Leo and followed up by a final on-site check.
When we started the harmonisation, it immediately became clear that the energy of the hotel was being impacted by energetic baggage stemming from historic events on the land where it stands and its construction. By clearing this we were able to establish a harmonious connection between the hotel and its location and clear all the energetic baggage that the structure carried. By working on some of Leo’s own energetic baggage we were able to free him of some unhelpful ancestral patterns that were also playing into the situation with his ex-wife. By giving the hotel a clear and uplifting energy structure, it should now be able to naturally attract that which serves it whilst repelling that which does not.
When we contacted Leo four months after the harmonization this is what he reported:
“I have observed a significant improvement in the hotel. The issues I was having with the kitchen crew have ceased and they are now working together very well. Even the two housekeeping teams that used to bicker are now supporting each other and thus all benefiting from a more pleasant ambiance and a more efficient work process. In general, I feel that there is a better flow amongst the team, and this positively affects the guest experience. My ex-wife has withdrawn from the public premises of the hotel, which significantly decreases the stress and friction in the team.”
The change process that was set off by the harmonization hast yet to complete but we are very happy to see that Leo is already seeing the clear benefits and we look forward to seeing the full effect unfold in the coming months.
