I was born in the UK but grew up in Switzerland and am fluent in English, German, French, Italian and Romasch.

Following a degree in international hospitality management from the Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne in 2002, I pursued an extensive career in the management of a large research infrastructure.

This experience involved overseeing activities as diverse as people management, human resources, events, IT, administration, facility management and construction. This last area involved the definition of building requirements for a new research facility and the representation of the institutes interests during the entire construction project.

I am passionate about the importance and the impact that buildings have on humans and their health. Acutely aware of the responsibility that comes with building and managing the spaces that humans spend most of their lives in, I decided to pursue a MA in Real Estate in 2015/16.

Disheartened by the mostly profit-driven focus of the industry, I chose to focus more deeply on the “people” aspect of management, starting with the course “Creativity and Personal Mastery” in 2015.

This shift led me to pursue training in variuos energy healing modalities from 2019 onwards, obtaining certifications as a practitioner of EmotionCode (2019), BodyCode (2020) Mindflow (2021) and CoreTalk (2022). In 2022 I completed my training as a Transformational Coach and obtained certification as a Mindflow Expert.

This new passion would mark a change that, in 2022, would motivate me to turn my accumulated management skills, combined with certifications in different energy healing modalities, and certification as a transformational coach, to bring harmony to people and enterprises to allow them to develop and deploy their full potential. This is why I founded 360Harmony.

Why 360Harmony? As some of the greatest scientific minds of the last century pointed out: there is no such thing as matter! All matter is made up of condensed energy. A small fraction of the energy that surrounds us is visible to us in condensed form. The vast remainder is not perceivable to us in this way, but it does not prevent it from influencing us just as much! For this reason, we work with a 360° view of both visible and non-visible energy issues as well as spanning the full spectrum from people to legal entities and from objects to whole building complexes.
