Ladina Gilly draws on eighteen years of management experience — including leading a sixteen-person team inside a major research institution — combined with certified transformational coaching, to help you cut through what’s in the way and move forward with clarity.

A graduate of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (2002), Ladina spent close to two decades managing the people, facilities and construction operations of a large research institution — including a multi-year building project from requirements definition through construction. She holds an MA in Real Estate (CUREM, University of Zurich, 2016) and is a certified Transformational Coach.
